Badgers are in 1st place in the conference and ranked 6th in the country.

Why not just take Wisky on the money line? Can’t be much different than -1.5Is this a ‘Must Win’? Probably not, assuming these guys show up for a road game at some point this season. IF NU does win, it once again washes away the sour taste from the last debacle and probably adds some cushion for the NCAA Tournament.
To be safe, I put my standard hedge wager on UW -1.5. There is a doomsday scenario where NU loses by one. God, I hope not.

A win on the road would be great, but at this point, it would be progress if they could at least play competitive ball outside PBA.Every home game is a “must” win until NU can prove it can win on the road. Getting to .500 in the conference is critical.
true, getting blown out every time they go on the road is not a good lookA win on the road would be great, but at this point, it would be progress if they could at least play competitive ball outside PBA.
I think they lost to Rutgers in OTtrue, getting blown out every time they go on the road is not a good look
It was a $4 difference on a $22 bet. I would normally take the ML with a line that close but I got greedy and set myself up for misery. Why not just take Wisky on the money line? Can’t be much different than -1.5
Would need some helpCan we make the tournament without winning a road conference game?
I think they lost to Rutgers in OT
Opportunity’s at Indiana, tOSU and Michigan.. One would be better than none..Can we make the tournament without winning a road conference game?
Can we make the tournament without winning a road conference game?
After being up double digits and lost in OT to the bottom dweller... not a good one.I think they lost to Rutgers in OT
Excluding the Rutgers game, the average BG10 road loss margin is nearly 17 PPGAfter being up double digits and lost in OT to the bottom dweller... not a good one.
I thought Nebraska needed two road wins and 12-8 is a good record in the league. I believe there is some stat out there that shows 95% of Big 10 teams with a winning conference record has made the tournament. I still think two road wins are on the schedule but Nebraska needs to stop pissing down their leg.Can we make the tournament without winning a road conference game?
Why would he laugh at you. Nebraska dominated the best team in the country at home. Nebraska also shot well against Wisky. Wisky happened to have one of their best three point contest of the season in Madison. Nebraska wins this one going awayA co worker asked what I thought about this game, and I said I think Huskers can win. He laughed at me. I’ve seen better wisky teams come here and lose. Win this game and I think Huskers are on the good side of the bubble.
I wouldn’t disagree. Your reasoning is exactly why I think they can win tonight. But some see their ranking and what they did to “us” last time and they see no chance. I get it.Why would he laugh at you. Nebraska dominated the best team in the country at home. Nebraska also shot well against Wisky. Wisky happened to have one of their best three point contest of the season in Madison. Nebraska wins this one going away
Guess more money was going to the home team. People prob saw our home record.Nebraska is -1.5 now.
If they don’t lay an egg in the opening round.Maybe a deep NIT run instead this year
All the above, and teams have figured out Nebraska’s junk, scramble at all costs even when you don’t need to, defense.Has the team regressed or is this just a case of facing better talent?
