I don't think from GA to full time coach at the same school is done very often at this level.

He'll be fine. Coaches move all the time, it's part of the job. Just ask Frost or even BoBo.

Pretty rare, although I do think Garrison did it here. But Devaney came out and said they were going to promote Tavita in the Spring when schools can add a 10th coach.
