I remember a few years back Asante tweeting out that he was trying to reach out to Nebraska but hadn’t heard back. Was it during Frost era? Someone help me out.

Am wanting to get a "theatre style" popcorn machine for the man cave. I'm seeing many different kettle sizes (6 oz., 8 oz., 10 oz., etc.) Does anyone know what size will be efficient? Is bigger better in this situation? Could be popping corn for anywhere from 2-10+ people but more often just the wife and I. TIA

Hearing buzz from insiders….

During the TO years I was wearing poly stretch slacks and polos. When Solich took over I kept the polos, but got white and khaki Dockers. Had to store that stuff after Callahan took over and buy black Adidas warm up pants and a red Adidas warm up jacket. When Pelini took over I had to get grey sweatshirts. I tried to use my Solich Dockers, but they didn't fit anymore (were so tight I thought I'd have urinary incontinence). Luckily I kept the sweatshirts and wore them during the Frost era. Dressing for the Mike Riley era was expensive because he was all over the place.

Now after looking at Rhule and White, it is evident I will have to invest in some smocks.

Feels really good to eliminate them from the B1G Championship game. Especially after all the years watching them celebrate last second victories on our home field. Although.... We probably did them a favor by saving them an ass whooping by Michigan.

Subscribers would really be happy and more encouraged about the future direction of this site IF you could dig deep and agree with other services that Brice deserves a 3 star 5.5 or 5.6 ranking.

I imagine Rhule will need to know by some date. Do we have any indication on when he needs to decide?

Does the $7m we read about include any analysts or recruiting staff? We know Alabama has a ton of former coaches as analysts. Will Ruhle use some of that money to bring on more of those types of roles?

I think realistically we will get 4 to 6 wins next season. Anything less than 4 wins and I will be concerned with how the Rhule plan is going. More than 6 wins and I think that we are ahead of schedule.

I'm a little disappointed with the Raiola hire, was hoping for something a bit different there. Also disappointed that Hausmann transferred. Other than that I think things are going about as expected, similar to the way Rhule has done things at other schools. I didn't expect a bunch of big name coaches for assistants or a bunch of high profile recruits, so I'm not to upset with how things look right now. Be interesting to see how the players develop and improve and come together.

Has anyone heard anything on the two DLs we were recruiting from Iowa Western?

If the Raiola hire doesn’t include a certain QB signing with NU and some extra money for a big jim hire at DC. Personally if it plays somewhat this way I’m more than happy with the hire. But anything less, I can’t lie, I’ll be pretty disappointed. Of course, that doesn’t mean it won’t work. Rhule does love to be directly involved with the o-line so… there’s that I guess 🤷‍♂️

Why fair catch every punt?

The guys on the recruiting staff don't get a lot of mention but they have to be instrumental in setting up events like this weekends on campus recruit visits. Does anyone know if the old staff recruiting people are still around and employed under Rhule? Or has he brought in his own people? Just curious because all the chatter is about assistants and you don't hear so much about the behind the scenes staff names.
