look like his dad went to Pitt.I believe Pittsburgh. And possibly Va tech . Looking like he is trying to find a guaranteed staring spot. Because it started as Michigan and Indiana as likely spots. Nebraska worked hard to get a visit. But now more visits to less traditional schools.

Wow, that's a crazy experience.without a doubt a horrible event, just saying that there are individual events that transpired in a short period of time that could have led to the tragedy. It isn't just as simple as ATC or Blackhawk pilot or commercial pilot error.
Again another story, back in the day when I was active duty I flew on the AWACS planes out of Tinker AFB in Oklahoma, we were conducting a routine sortie out of an island in the Caribbean at night. Our entire mission was to control the air space and monitor air traffic. Typically we did not report to other control towers because we were supposed to be able to monitor air traffic in and around our general area. One night, were were flying and the navigator was informed of a commercial plane that was at the same altitude but a heading that would have been at our 7 -8 o'clock. The commercial plane would have had no indication that we were out there because we didn't report to anyone because we were conducting a mission. Needless to say, there was nearly a mid air collision. We adjusted out altitude to narrowly escape but it was close enough that you could feel the plane shake. Scariest event in my military career. But the error was because an operator in the back of the plane wasn't doing their job. The commercial plane and the ATC center immediately went to the press to blame the government. The plane is very unique looking so it was easy to distinguish, and the pilot was publicly blamed. But none of it was his error. Anyway, long story to show not everything is as it appears in the first 6 hours of an unfortunate event.
be hurting himself not to see what everyone is offering. So I take it this guy can register already at these schools and is considered a student then once he makes up his mind he just withdraws from the schools he didn’t choose.
Hope we get him but the longer it goes the lower our chances IMO
Sounds right. I don't think they wanted him to leave without committing but we'll see what happens. So I take it this guy can register already at these schools and is considered a student then once he makes up his mind he just withdraws from the schools he didn’t choose.

If they are gonna scrimmage in the spring, no matter what, why not publicize it? If you are worried about adding another scrimmage, drop one earlier in the spring. It’s not that hard.Other than it is another scrimmage. I could care less if there is a spring game or not. Win some dam games in the fall. However, it takes. Playing a meaningless game in April really means zero. I am tired of winning the off season and we need to start winning in the season.
bad hill to die on. we were soft & outcoached that year, plain and simple.Let me throw in a couple of screen shots of the two 2012 NU/Wisconsin games
Game 1...
Game 2...
You can not tell me with a straight face Bret Beilema did not have the scoop on what to run and when. These are the same two teams and Wisconsin may have gotten better throughout the year, but not this much better. They even had a back up QB in that game vs the first one. There had to be sign stealing or inside knowledge to get that drastic of output increase from the same three RB's
I’m guessing baseball? Just came to me out of the blue…The list of left handed QB's that are in the upper echelon of QBs in NFL history is also pretty short. After guys like Young, Stabler, and Esiason, the list drops off pretty quickly in terms of successful NFL resumes. Maybe Michael Vick is in the discussion, but it was more about legs vs arm with him. Is there something more to this other than the obvious factor that there are a lot less lefty vs righty people in the world. Maybe some students of the game can help educate me.
we played them earlier in the year and they had our filmSo losing Steinkuhler was the difference of
41 Carries for 56 yards
To
50 Carries for 539 yards
Not sure I believe losing one football player would cause that drastic of a difference. What @king_kong_ said I can see, but still they scored on their 1st three drives if I remember correctly. How'd a coach pick up on that like Will Compton said so early. They had to have some sort of knowledge of what was going to go down prior to the start of the game.
They did hire fire their OL coach. Unlike Nebraska their team improved. They were also a little unfortunate. They lost by 3 in OT to tOSU who was undefeated. Basically, they lost all their games by 7 points or less. Nebraska, I think walked in thinking they were going to win easily but instead got stomped.Let me throw in a couple of screen shots of the two 2012 NU/Wisconsin games
