Coach Search Lance Leipold to Nebraska

I am both a huge Kansas and Nebraska football fan. Season ticket holder for KU football for 25 years. I go to most of the Big 10 home games for the Huskers. Been to 3 games year. I am hearing for the last 2 days that Lance Leipold will be named new head football coach at Nebraska at the end of season. I understand he has already signed to be head coach. I live in Kansas City, MO. My source has KU ties.

Tonight convinced me we at most have 1-2 wins left.

I think we could get 1-2 wins from Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin optimistically, but no way on Illinois and Michigan.

I doubt a 4-5 win season will be enough to retain Mickey Joseph as head coach.

The Trey Palmer show hasn’t led to any consistent running game, surprisingly, and our defense is a major liability.

I don’t know where that leaves us.

We deserved to lose this game and a pattern is emerging.

Our roster is not as good as Minnesota's or Illinois's. The point spread reflected these hard to swallow facts. Effort and coaching were there. What wasn't there was talent. Especially at QB. We can debate all we want, but you've got to have a stud throwing the ball. Scott Frost's QB recruiting was horrible. This isn't even addressing how bad our o-line has been. We aren't that far away, but we need a new set of eyes. Pray Trev hires Rhule or Aranda. GBR!

Volleyball No. 6 Ohio State takes advantage of Nebraska errors to upend No. 4 Huskers

Rough afternoon in Columbus. Huskers lose its second straight road game to Ohio State.

37 hitting and serving errors won't get it done. Hit the link for more.

The Rise and Fall of Adidas Boost.

Adidas is no longer hot with the kids and public like Nike. NU needs to switch their gear and go with Nike. Nike makes better apparel compared to Adidas boring designs. Adidas (German company). is not popular with American public like Nike ( American company) today. I see more people wearing Nike compared to Adidas in the public today. No need to defend Adidas.

Football Nebraska puts up fight, but Michigan verifies massive gap between the two

Nebraska put up a fight until it couldn't anymore. On defense, anyway, where the Huskers gave what I thought was their most impressive effort of the season considering opponent and circumstance.

But we knew where these two teams were going into the weekend, and Michigan verified it on Saturday. Its 34-3 win over Nebraska gave us an on-field, 60-minute example of the massive gap between the two programs:

Yant 'looking around'

Can't say I blame him.. I don't get the love fest for Rahmir.. especially on an important down of an important series, when you have a battering ram on the sidelines.. Whip will never really know how to do the run game correctly. Yant could have a future if he got some snaps and decent coaching. So sick of the absence of a decent running game. It's the only thing that really matters that you get right, first, in this league.
