Nebraska will be favored by 8 or more by kickoff. It does. I've seen NU -8.5 to -7.5 this afternoon. I'm not a bettor but my guess is we're not favored by much more than home field advantage come Saturday? What is that these days... 2 or 3 points? Whatever. Just win, baby!
I think we’d be 3-5 with the alternative choice at QB. But maybe Danny Dimes Kaelin would be playing and who knows where we’d still might be 5-3.We would be 8-0 if Raiola was Mahomes and we are only 5-3 with Raiola. But what would we be if he stayed with his Georgia commitment? And what would the next two years look like?
Given the poor play of the offensive line and the two highly touted transfer receivers, I think Raiola has been just fine. Even on that INT yesterday, his receiver ran a route that looked like he was hiding from Raiola instead of getting open for him.
As for comparing him to AM’s freshman year, you may recall AM was being touted for the Heisman Trophy before his sophomore season, so yeah he probably had a better freshman year. But hopefully a combination of much better coaching, much better oline play and much better portal receivers in the next couple years will vault Raiola far beyond what AM accomplished after his freshman season.
bidet it awayYou take a shower, then right after you have to take a sloppy crap
They forget Adrian peaked as a Freshman. Raiola i expect to improve next yearThis thread lost me when championing the worst chokefest QB in Husker history over Raiola. The Martinez fail book has already been written. He managed to turn the ball over like 40 times or so as a college QB.
So you are making the assumption the options would be better? But yet you don’t really know?So many options and yet we keep sticking with the same old shit that doesn't work.
