I never really got in to Runza's. personally, I like their double cheeseburger better.
I am just going to assume his #1 reason is family. I believe most of his family is still here as well as his parents. Being he just had a new baby I am guessing he and his parents will want to be closer. #2 Is probably pride. Going back to your alma mater and being able to turn that around would be a great sense of pride and accomplishment.I guess you could consider Tom in this one. It all kind of ties together 3# is probably the money. The guy will be set for life even if this doesn't work out. He could retire under 50 and spend all the time he wants with his kids and fam.
