I believe the Akron game getting cancelled truly has been an ominous start for this season. It was a black cloud that still is hovering over this team and likely to continue until year end. This is Year Zero for the Scott Frost era.
It’s going to take time and I have zero expectations for this year except to let the younger players develop. That is the key and the future. We likely won’t be bowling. As much as it pains me to say, we should treat Wisconsin or Iowa as our bowl game. I’ll still watch the games but can’t wait for next year which will actually be Year 1.
