This was officially ruled a 4-base error in case any of you are keeping score at home.

Adell also went 0-4 with 4 strikeouts and, appropriately, swung at a pitch that hit him in his hand/wrist in his first at-bat.

For those who don't follow the sport, Adell is a rookie and is universally ranked as one of the top 10 prospects in baseball, so he's likely to be just fine despite this horrible game.

Ironically enough the Rangers were playing in that game, too....and as a Rangers' fan I've been waiting to see them be on the right side of one of these plays for a very long time now, lol.

0-4 with four strikeouts... so about league average? I mean, no one cares about strikeouts anymore. It's brutal.
