I know everyone is throwing out crazy aspirational names. But given Trev’s orbit and background who do actually think is on his list?

FickelI know everyone is throwing out crazy aspirational names. But given Trev’s orbit and background who do actually think is on his list?
I think that would be the best possible scenarioFickel
Don't even care. Have zero confidence he will make the right decision after the incompetence shown bringing Frost back. This program is dead.I know everyone is throwing out crazy aspirational names. But given Trev’s orbit and background who do actually think is on his list?

I'd be on board for Fickel. Younger guy who can clearly do the job. Would like to see what he can do with a s*** ton of resources.Fickel
Please no more former players. Time to move on.Turner Gill, Tommie Frazier, Eric Crouch?
So you really think he‘s serious…😂Please no more former players. Time to move on.

except that one who coaches the bengalsPlease no more former players. Time to move on.
Why would he want to leave the Bengals when he is having success there?except that one who coaches the bengals
Maybe Joe Burrow will put in a good word for us.Why would he want to leave the Bengals when he is having success there?
we get a 100 million a year from the big nowWhy would he want to leave the Bengals when he is having success there?
Sarcasm plays a part in this one..Why would he want to leave the Bengals when he is having success there?
Nothing to gain and everything to lose by taking this job. If he turns it around, great but if he doesn't it hurts his future employment opportunities. Logistically, he's better off staying where he is and building upon his success. I know Scott Frost did the same thing, leaving success at UCF behind to come here, but how did that work out for him?we get a 100 million a year from the big now
Ha, ha. Maybe Trev will hire himself.I know everyone is throwing out crazy aspirational names. But given Trev’s orbit and background who do actually think is on his list?
he would'nt call for a onside kick up by 11 points.Nothing to gain and everything to lose by taking this job. He didn't get to coach in the NFL if he made stupid decisions like that.he would'nt call for a onside kick up by 11 points.
If Frost loses to Indiana on 10/01, then it is ok to cut ties. MJ can take over as Interim and audition for HC at Nebraska.I think if Mickey Joseph can get us to a bowl game they should just hire him.
It's the perfect job for a coach at the end of his career. You just make sure you have a huge buy out provision in the contract and then you can retire to easy city.Nothing to gain and everything to lose by taking this job. That's why I picked a lot of old retread coaches on the list of coaches we should hire. It's the perfect job for a coach at the end of his career. You just make sure you have a huge buy out provision in the contract and then you can retire to easy city.
I thought Kyle Whittingham was interested either when Callahan or Pelini was hired. So have to think any worthy candidate from Big 12 or PAC 12 needs to be reached out to. Aranda, Gundy and Campbell also Whitingham and Shaw if Stanford not invited to Big 10. Maybe none of these pickup the phone, but they need to be on the list.
