Scenery around the town is great: Scotts Bluff National monument, Wildcat Hills, Chimney Rock
Wide variety of Mexican restaurants: Ole's and Rosita's are my favorite

Theft; puts Scottsbluff up there in the top 10 in crime
If the wind is blowing from the east, a combo of beets and poo is in the air
Running and biking trails are scarce for a town of its size
Overall, Scottsbluff is a great city to live in and raise a family.
