Former 4-star commit Cameron Lenhardt re-offered by Rhule & Co.

Would not be surprised to see him jump back on board with the Huskers.

He is a class act that will turn things around the right way. He has his work cut out for him because of the debacle left by the last couple of coaching hires. It is not going to happen overnight ala Baylor but I expect steady incremental improvement with accountability, toughness and organization.

The amount of people getting banned on TOS for asking Dean/Spit why they said Rhule wasn’t the guy and a coach from Kansas would be is incredible. Weird way to run a business.

On here most of us obsess over the program. We often know the depth chart back and forward. We know how a player's recruitment went. We know where he's from. We obsess over every detail.


However, the average fan does not. There's a Facebook group (I believe it was started by Severe) that has over 75k members on it. Do you know what every freaking post is right now?

"How can they hire Matt Rhule over Mickey??? I'm so pissed off right now".

LMAO. Yes. A guy who has coached 9 games (and made a horrible team slightly less horrible) over a guy who has taken two programs in desolation and revived them into national competitors at places that don't have 1/2 the resources NU has.

THAT is the average fan. That is the "but he played here and we won our last game against a mediocre team" is all they can see. They don't understand the concept of a national coaching search. They don't understand that we desperately need the best, not just a guy we like.

Mickey has shown repeatedly he's just not ready to a more knowledgeable fan. He's great in the locker room and he definitely has the right attitude. But man some of his decisions have been complete head scratchers. Yesterday's game should never have been that close.

We beat one average team (who happens to have maybe the worst offense in P5 history). Woo.

How many of you invested in AMC? We are so close to this thing blowing...

He has every right to do that, even though it would have been cool to have Mickey retained.
