Recruits that missed...

I'll preface this by saying I don't want this thread to turn into a total bash session because for some of these recruits, they were either victims of circumstance, or busted their ass for 4+ years but just never managed to make an impact.

Over the years, whom were some of the HS recruits that you thought were can't miss prospects and were going to be stars in college.

I'll start with three...

1. Isiah Fluellen aka the Mystery Man of Speed. I believe it was either 2001 or 2002 when there were rumblings of a 'mystery' recruit that had Olympic speed and who could be good enough to completely revamp Frank Solich's offense into a more balanced attack. I totally bought in. Oops! Wasn't meant to be. IIRC, he switched to DB later in his career but never did much while at Nebraska.

2. Eric Lee / Avery Anderson. I'll lump these two together because I very much believed they were going to be the second coming of Mike Brown and Ralph Brown. IIRC, Lee had a decent final season at Nebraska after moving to safety - he had a pick-6 in one game. But neither one accomplished much on the field.

3. Curt Dukes. Thought he would be Eric Crouch part II. Not sure if he ever took a meaningful snap at DONU.

***New Commit*** OL Jason Maciejczak commits to Nebraska
