What’s everyone’s expectations for tonight? We have a lot of unknowns. I do not expect a bowl season this year due to the roster. However, I expect to see improvements, hard play and a team that we can be proud of. A team that will be a crucial stepping stone into our future. I feel we have the right coach in place finally and today is the first official brick for the new foundation.

What is the percentage that maybe some option is used?

Im not saying it will. Just curious on thoughts, since it was practiced in camp.

We're back for another year! Line hovering around +7.0 or +7.5 .... i don't like the "pushes" in these polls (pick a lane, people) so we're going with +7.5.

HERB'S PREDICTION: I like the Rhule 'Skers to have a solid year ... but this first game will have too many miscues/errors on offense. Nebraska plays Minny physically very well, but at least 1 INT by Sims and 1 fumble lost by Ervin or Grant kills our chances in a low possession, fast game (timewise). Gophers win 23-17 but it's a NEBRASKA COVER.

If yes… can we break 300 yards on the ground tonight?
