USC game

We're not a very good team on the road, so there's that. USC has a good passing attack, and our weakest link on defense is our secondary. Add to the fact they play much better at home. Our coaches have consistently been out-coached - all of which leads to a likely defeat in my opinion. I hope for another W in the 3 games that are left, but I don't see one.
The problem is, we are a very bi-polar team and don't know what team we're gonna get from game to game! Point in example tOSU game was one we shoulda won as that game was ours and the Blackshirts absolutely mauled and humiliated their vaunted RPO offense holding it season lows in almost every offensive catagory. I think our problem is, this team doesn't know how to come back from losses like that and win. Team gets down on itself and shit's the bed the following week. One of our BIGGEST problems is we don't know how to win as most of our problems is all mental and haven't been able to remove that block. The is not a talent issue, as we have plenty of it. Where's Jack Stark when you need him?

Was YOUR effort good enough this week?

Hell yes...we got back in our home after a 5 month hiatus and I took this week off and i'm putting my dream garage back together, and killing it I might add.

....yesterday I stole a sign out of the ground at the school I voted at, to keep as a souviner, and its getting proudly displayed front and center on the front wall so anyone who walks or drives by my home will see it, forever. Might even put a spotlight on it.
Welcome back to the ‘hood.

OT: Why is Warren Buffet always ahead of the game?

Someone who has amassed what they have starting from nothing should be put on a pedestal assuming they are building wealth legally. He gives good advice to novice investors.

Where I have seen people slander him is because he doesn’t spend his own money on iniatives they think he should - which I personally find to be hilarious.
People also fail to acknowledge the sheer amount of wealth he brought to Nebraska. There are lots of people in Nebraska who got in on Berk before it blew up and got trendy.

People hate him because he doesn't fit in a box like they want.

No doom and gloom. Facts vs Feelings, which is a major problem with today society as a whole. We know we suck and underperform, and we won't except or support it. People need to be held accountable and changes need to be made . Period, give weak ass MF's a helmet and a support pillow . I'm tired of this soy boy shit. Man the F up or get gone.
Exactly. You have a job to do and are paid well to do it… and Rhule is the one it ultimately falls on, but he can’t be fired just yet.
I mean, strip it to its most basic.. if Rhule had signed a 2 or 3 year deal to start.. do you think he’d be here next year? I bet not.
But it is what it is, and if we lose 6 in a row to end the year and miss a bowl there needs to be like 5 people fired at minimum.

Nearing the end of year two, I can see Rhule is way over his head.
With a stroke of luck he can bring in guys that make up for his suck ass coaching.

Lol. Comments like that make me laugh. I don't put him on a pedestal but I tell my kids to follow his financial advice over anyone else. Unlike other people, like say a guy with the initials DR, he practices what he preaches in regards to finances. And unlike some companies out there he actually owns companies that make money.

You can buy Brk-B and get a very well run company that is diversified without fees. My only gripe is some day he needs to spend some cash or pay a dividend.

Agreed. If it was so easy, everyone would have 100 billion.

Was YOUR effort good enough this week?

My Lincoln kept breaking down and I had to get a new vehicle. Was quoted $3.5k to replace the water pump, over $4k to do while you're you're in there things. Did it myself (dad was a mechanic and made me help him sometimes). Halfway through after a stripped bolt that required drilling a hole in the fender to remove I decided that I was done with the vehicle. Got it fixed eventually but it took working a few hours every night for about a week, like 25 hours total. Effort was there but execution really could have been better, my mechanic skills are right up there with Satt's ability to run a good offense.
