Nothing I’ve said had anything to do with Dana - an actual football coach, as I’ve posted a billion times - and everything to do with the timing. So you’re saying at the very least, your mental instability had you constantly contradicting yourself about the Dana hire. The proof is in the puddin’, puddin’.
“What the actual f*ck is our Head Elf doing?”
1. Are you saying Dannen is now our “head elf”?
2. Matt Rhule is getting us to a f*cking bowl game for the first time in 8 years you thankless twat.
This has to be the stupid question of the month, especially if you been watching the games the past month.🤪Where has this offense been all season long?
Let’s not blame him for his parents. As far as I know, he has always bled Husker red, even through 2 major knee surgeries. His mom didn’t follow the 24 hour rule of letting emotions die down after a game before saying anything about playing time. People make mistakes. She watched her son suffer physically and emotionally for 4 years. Let’s show a little compassion here people..Please hit the portal with a mom like that. We don’t need crybabies

Little early with your prediction isn’t it.I thought if we lost to Wisconsin that we would also lose to Iowa. Conversely I thought if we beat Wisky we would also beat Iowa. I stand by that prediction. Especially since we beat Wisky convincingly.
I think we win by 10 points or so. There are two factors to consider. One is definitely the weather. I think it will affect both teams. It will be interesting to see how DR handles the cold, windy night. But I like his chances of dealing with the weather better than Iowa’s QB. The bottom line is we have the better QB which is huge.
The second factor is Holgorsen. Will we add even more wrinkles to the offense to keep Iowa on its heels? Because Iowa now has game tape of Holgorsen’s tweaks to our offense and they will prep for that. I would wager that Holgorsen has a few more wrinkles up his sleeve.
After watching Wisky shut down Oregon’s offense I thought they would be better than they were. Will Iowa be better than Wisky on defense? Probably, but not by much based on what I have seen.
I like our match-ups with them. Their strength on offense is their running game and that is the strong suit of our defense. Our offense will need to be able to run the ball as well. So thank God Holgorsen has correctly identified EJ as our featured back.

now - Year 2, after 9 games - we are not only seeking outside counsel but we are attempting essentially the "Face Off" surgery with our offense.
a guy who has never worked with Rhule or any of his offensive staff or any of our offensive players will now call plays with like 8 days of prep time.
everything about this screams "PANIC!" in North Stadium.
even if this works and we go 3-0 while averaging 50 ppg, what the actual f*ck is our Head Elf doing?
We thought that way several years ago and Iowa came out throwing the ball and chinander could never recover because he was set up to stop the runWas thinking the same thing. If I'm TW I just run blitz all game and force IO A to pass.... they cant or won't.
I'm not so sure he is a good coach. He is certainly no worse than average but we are paying for great. My opinion can change but for the last 2 seasons I've always heard from him it's never a coaching issue, it's always up to the players how far they go, after bringing in the worst OC available. It led people to believe we had very little talent on the roster and strength and conditioning was an issue. Holgerson dispelled that notion in very short order. This should have been a 10 win team and Rhule looks really humbled now. Probably a good thing. I don't think he can afford for DH taking another job somewhere else next season.Let’s all agree to congratulate Coach Rhule on coaching an excellent game. He’s a good coacoach
Dylan will have 3-350 yards passing against a poor Herky Pass D unlike yesterday as before the game Wiscy was ranked 10th in the country in Passing D and are now 13th after yesterday.I thought if we lost to Wisconsin that we would also lose to Iowa. Conversely I thought if we beat Wisky we would also beat Iowa. I stand by that prediction. Especially since we beat Wisky convincingly.

Yeah but it ain’t just in coverage.good thing we have a month until they're tested again.
Kinda reminds me of Matt Herian. Oh what could have been with that guyHe was an NFL TE until the injuries, it sucks for the kid. He I just physically incapable of things he used to do.
Last year against Wisconsin - Chuba Purdy (105 yards). The last running back to rush for 100 yards or more in a game was Anthony Grant in September of last year against Louisiana Tech (135 yards). When was the last time Nebraska had a 100yd rusher in a game.
