Yes —- honestly Neb should just cut costs on coach salaries - gut the renovations and just continue to be the welfare recipients of the conference. Neb is going to get a big fat conference check regardless - there has been zero return on investments - cut spending and just collect paychecks -
Schools that brag about academics like Notre Dame and Northwestern are private schools and can get away with fixing grades so players don't flunk out. Nebraska is a school for people in Nebraska. Michigan State considers
themselves the school for Michigan as Michigan gets most of their students from out of state.

Call him any name you want, but he has been more accurate in his predictions of the state of the program than many others on this board.
So private schools can get away with fixing grades and public schools can't? Certainly an interesting, if logically questionable statement.
