Great coordinator. Not a great head coach.
Salah can coach defense - if he embraces that he’ll be back in the league next year turning somebody’s defense around.

I don't know who the Jets are going to hire. Only one thing is for certain in this situation: Rodgers won't like him a month from the date he's hired.

Yes, and he may develop into a good head coach. No coach should want to coach the Jets., The owner is an idiot.

Classic example of 2 things being true at the same time. Rogers appears to be at odds with all of his head coaches..all the time.
This is what happens in the NFL. In order to get an established coordinator, you've got to offer them the head job. Then more often than not, you wind up with a below average head coach who is preoccupied with coordinating their side.
