Our offense thrives on speed and timing. CFB is basically NFL lite at this point, why not be the first team with a retractable roof! could you imagine how much louder it would be for opposing teams??

I do like the idea of sound capture canopies on the South and North Stadium sections.. may help with reducing the wind some on-field ( through closing off the wind channel tunnel field entrances would be more helpful) and also provide some shade for some people.

Nebraska struggled to pay off the new athletic complex and the south stadium project couldn’t get off the ground and you want a retractable roof?

Not “officially” though seems very likely. Nothing has been agreed upon on either side of the state line.
That’s a new practice facility they are talking about. There is a sales tax extension to pay for renovation of Arrowhead on the November Ballot .

NFL teams actually play all throughout December and into January if the playoffs are made. It's a lot more necessary under that scenario than stopping home games in November like college teams do. There's absolutely zero need for it.

I am not seeing/hearing about anything on the November ballot for the Chiefs. The Chiefs and Royals have not publicly stated where they want to play “after” the tax was soundly defeated this past April.

Both teams seem to be waiting to see what happens now that Kansas quickly passed a bill to use STAR bonds financed by users of the stadiums/development. The city of Kansas City Missouri, Jackson County, and the state of Missouri need to make decisions because Kansas wants the Chiefs.

And teams from the South don't win in the north. Keep it the way it is and get tougher.

We could always build a velarium, Roman Colosseum style. I'm not sure people would go for that though!
