Yep. He also has a reputation as a good recruiter and was one of the primary reasons Coach Sanders fans said he had an amazing staff.

Houston will forever be a stepping stone job for coaches looking to boost their resume.
If these names are accurate, Houston may end up with a better coach than aTm.
Sorry, what I mean is that it is a crummy job because it is a stepping stone job.
Not "crummy" for the coach that takes it and does well and leaves, crummy for the school.
Wonder if Matt Campbell takes a look? Gets him into the Big Ten and closer to his home turf of Ohio.
It has to be so annoying for those schools because you know if you hire a guy and he does well, he is gone. And if he does bad, you are stuck looking for another diamond in the rough that will get poached.
it actually COULD be a good place for Frost, because there is zero pressure at that job, recruiting should be "easy" and my guess is that even if he does well there, he would probably never want a real coaching job again.
They could, if Frost took it and did well, have him there for 15 years.
So Indiana can’t reasonably be expected to make a bowl for 3-5 years now right.
