He's got at least a year or two of being forced to fire coordinators, just need to develop young talent, let's see how Michigan is when they're not cheating, etc before his seat gets real hot IMO

Good point. I agree that it would be hard to fire Day right now, but I do think there are several coaches with OSU connections that may be interested in the job (Hartline, Freeman, Fickel, Vrabel) when the time comes.
