Nebraska (6-1) is in East Lansing to take on Michigan State (7-2, 1-0) this morning at 11 a.m. It's the Huskers' Big Ten opener. The game will be shown on BTN.
The availability report is out, and Nebraska lists Berke Büyüktuncel as questionable (groin). Michigan State doesn't list anyone as out or questionable.
Fred Hoiberg talked about the potential of not having Büyüktuncel today. "It would put us in a tough position," Hoiberg said.

With this potentially happening, I have a question for the board. Let’s say 2-3 years down the road Frost is back at UCF and rolling, winning 9-10 games a year. Matt Rhule for whatever reason leaves Nebraska. Would Frost be rehireable or is he not touchable going forward. Not being entirely serious but the question was posed to me tonight so I figured I’d see what the board would say.
I really enjoy watching his vids, he did an Octopus maze once as well that was fascinating, learned some things about their intelligence that I was unaware of. Here he has an amusing reply to crows stealing his door dash deliveries. The other thread of the visited cities is going so well I am doing a bonus OT thread.
Something to pay attention to this weekend, if Clemson knocks off SMU and Bama gets nixed from the playoffs, don’t be surprised to hear grumblings about the SEC seceding from the NCAA sooner than later. Think there are already blueprints for this from Sankey, but events from the weekend might provide a catalyst for this.
I've been super sick the last week and just logged on. Transfers every where. New coaches. I haven't even seen where we are going bowling. Probably Idaho or something. Thank god for Nebraketball, which has never been said ever before.

Pre-portal, pre-bowl game. Be interesting to see if any of the redshirt freshman really pop during bowl practice. Our defensive front 7 is extremely young, and all our depth went out the door.
