Recruiting In-state RB Signee Conor Booth named Nebraska Gatorade Player of Year

Nebraska running back signee Conor Booth was named the Nebraska Gatorade Player of the Year after rushing for 2,956 yards and 50 touchdowns as a senior. He will graduate as the Class C2 record-holder for career touchdowns and tied for the single-game TD mark with eight.

Nebraska defensive line signee Kade Pietrzak was named North Dakota Gatorade Player of the Year after recording 54 tackles including 25 for a loss, 32 quarterback hurries and five sacks this past season, leading the Mustangs (10-2) to the Class AAA state title game.

I give the coaching staff a STRONG A- for this class so far

Grading on the hardest national scale, we went big and landed 5 TRUE blue chippers and several just behind them

Got a bad ass future QB who can truly sling it

Got a program changing RB and several at the WR spot whose talents will IMMEDIATELY upgrade that side of the ball

Terry would've made it a full A+ day, but TONS of momentum to build on now as we analyze and fight our way through this portal system
