Has anyone heard anything on the two DLs we were recruiting from Iowa Western?

SI article says ND recruited abundance of RBs/WRs and made him re-think things over as well as he has received increased NIL offerings from other schools.

Wonder if Rhule has contacted??

If the Raiola hire doesn’t include a certain QB signing with NU and some extra money for a big jim hire at DC. Personally if it plays somewhat this way I’m more than happy with the hire. But anything less, I can’t lie, I’ll be pretty disappointed. Of course, that doesn’t mean it won’t work. Rhule does love to be directly involved with the o-line so… there’s that I guess 🤷‍♂️

Why fair catch every punt?

The guys on the recruiting staff don't get a lot of mention but they have to be instrumental in setting up events like this weekends on campus recruit visits. Does anyone know if the old staff recruiting people are still around and employed under Rhule? Or has he brought in his own people? Just curious because all the chatter is about assistants and you don't hear so much about the behind the scenes staff names.

Some late breaking news tonight: Sources tell Inside Nebraska that Donovan Raiola has officially been retained as the Huskers' OL coach.

Sounds like he is a firm commitment to Oklahoma State but worth reaching out to him.

Doing some late-night reading, going over the full bios of the new assistants on the Huskers' athletic site. Here's one thing on new S&C coach Corey Campbell that made me smile thinking of our board:

"As a player, Campbell was a two-year letterwinner as a fullback and special teams standout at Georgia."

The fullback is so back.

Some intriguing names on the list…I do wonder what Rhule can do with the current guys on the roster…I’m a big fan of the potential for Haarberg and Torres…Rhule will have the luxury of being patient with a QB if he goes with a less experienced guy

Going forward will Nebraska be a top 10 program with NIL money. It looks like to me Nebraska was not a top program in NIL money in 2022.

I don't ever see Nebraska getting back to the top 10 without being one of the top NIL programs.

We all know too well that only the signatures matter... But he's working on some BIG fish right now. He may be my favorite assistant right now.

This weekend is going to be fun

Let's go ladies. It's duck season.

I’m looking at taking a new job and one of the requirements is I will need to purchase a vehicle. I will be a W-2 employee, and they will pay me mileage to drive the vehicle.

Question is, can I write any of the purchase of the vehicle off for taxes? I will be responsible for all maintenance to the vehicle . Vehicle will be used 90% of the time for work.

We're less than an hour away from No. 2 Nebraska and No. 3 Oregon in the Sweet 16 here in downtown Louisville. I'll be courtside bringing you all the action here at KFC Yum! Center. Despite the dumb name, this arena is really nice. Gives PBA a run for its money. Too bad Louisville doesn't play all their matches here. They're stuck in L&N Federal Credit Union Arena, which has a capacity record of just over 1,200.

Any word on d coordinator ?

The OWH is reporting that Ajani Cornelius, a coveted OL transfer, will be in Lincoln this weekend:

Rhode Island transfer Ajani Cornelius confirmed to The World-Herald on Thursday he will be in Lincoln after he entered the portal this week. The 6-foot-5, 310-pounder started 22 games at right tackle with the FCS program the last two seasons.
