In typical Nebraska Fashion…

There's something about this program's culture that is just rotten. Year after year, the team has a false sense of accomplishment and a ton of false confidence. They exist in a world that was built by champions-- with the best of everything and on game day they run out to a tunnel walk to the sea of red. And this team continually under performs only once in a while rising above their ability level to put together a good performance. This has spanned multiple coaching staffs going back a dozen years.

Teams with the worst stats have career days in Lincoln. Just a pathetic performance today. The Huskers came out flat from the get go. It was like watching the Indiana game all over.
They play afraid. The decision by Frost to not take a free bowl bid in 2020 made that a thing that didn't need to be. They only started playing looser once they were down big and the game was seemingly lost.
I also don't understand not firing Satterfield. I think we could have run the ball for 300 yards if we had just decided to fully commit to it and not insist on throwing more often than not. UCLA never really stopped the run. We stopped ourselves, as we have all season.

2ND HALF GAME THREAD!

I don't think time was a big issue. Definitely would've preferred a bit more sense of urgency but still had 35 seconds to work with at the 40 had they not intercepted it.
Disagree. Time was a huge issue. As the team down on the scoreboard you should always be trying to get an extra possession.

Not to mention our offensive tempo is/was non existent, why not try some up tempo to change it up.
