Exactly. They played their worst possible game and we played our best. They didn’t even seem interestedWhat the F did you expect against the #4 team? You're delusional.
I think we learned we can get blown out or lose close games against decent teams. OSU was never truly threatened. They ran the ball right down our throats when they needed it and then got two easy stops when they needed it. We once again shriveled under pressure at the end of the game. Close losses are poison because they give the impression we were close...naw, OSU was bored, unprepared, unmotivated and played with little focus. Even the crowd was meh and bored. They beat us when it mattered like literally every team has since 2016. All NU has to do to change my mind is win a close game against a good team...hopefully next week. Most here thought they'd get dog walked today. They didn't. Every game in last quarter of the season is winnable.
All bets were on us losing to both Indiana and OSU and being 5-3. The fact one was close and the other was a blowout was also very likely...they were just flipped. Hopefully we can now focus on our superbowl and get that bowl.Keep fighting
Keep establishing that run game
Never heard of her.Not Jeremiah Smith. He alone kicked our butt.
If Natalie Portman and Carrie Fisher don’t turn you on, you probably had a gender change and color your hair purple. This guy definitely beats off to Star Wars.
Ticky tacky sticky hands OSU dbs. They were quick grabbers and let goers. Seemed to work. Offensive PO, twice? I guess when PSU "caught" that ball out of bounds and won a natty, it just started a trend in the B1G reffing circles. Is what it is. Osborne overcame, so must Rhule. Hmm.Our receivers were getting mugged all day.
If the D holds them to 9 points, we winWin by a point, that's all they need to do.
Whatever the reason we have been awful on every Haarberg play this fall other than 1.Haarberg misread the block and tried to bounce it letting a CB make the tackle.
