Sipple was talking about the same thing during his post game live show Saturday night. He of course wasn’t a fan of that mentality, but it may be going in that direction regardless. What Rhule should do is take a play out of the Bo Pelini playbook. Bring in a bunker mentality. Turn the players against the fans. Us versus them. Play for your brother next to you, not these dimwitted blue hairs. It had mixed results, But he was winning nine games and going to bowl games
Ecstatic? All depends on what you mean by winning.. 41 wins in his 5th year when he was hired during Covid..I’d be aesthetic if he was our head coach..
You haven’t. Looking ahead to 2025, the schedule screams 4-8 or 5-7. I don’t have the same optimism I did a few months ago that things are turning around. A year ago, we were “a QB away” from 9 wins. I’m embarrassed that I even talked myself into believing that. There are just so many poorly coached positions, that it can’t all fall on the QB.Have I? Tell me how the product on the field in the first two years of Rhule is any different from the first two years of Frost? Tell me how much better this coaching staff is from Frost’s? Tell me how you can see real improvement in year 2 under Rhule that shows he is better than Frost.
Rhule is good at talking. But not much else
You shouldn’t be drinking martinis at 5:00 in the morning..Hire the very best AD from the very best football school.
Let him do his thing.
No matter the cost.
I would go as far to say that Rhule names GT the OC after the season. I doubt Rhule hires someone outside of his circle to run the offense. He’ll do the easy obvious move and have GT start calling plays. This doesn’t require him to fire anyone yet.

Maybe he will be at USC again next year. That’s big 10😅

Is Rhule cutthroat enough to let the offensive assistants go? I doubt it but hopefully he proves me wrong.
I completely agree.I don’t think he should be fired either, it’s not going to happen after 2 seasons. I do think that those who subscribe to the it takes until the 3rd season set the stage for accepting failures this year, it didn’t have to be like this.
You could tell after he didn't take care of Foley like he should have that he didn't have it in him. It's really sad that people who should be stewards of our program have been doing this year after year. Too bad the fans can't take legal action, could be a groundbreaking case.

Rhule just looks lost most of the time during games. He doesn't value time on the clock. At several points during the losing streak you see our offense literally bleed the clock on every down. Then when we need that time at the end of then game we don't have it and panic sets it.
Doesn’t seem like the RB position is a top priority with this staff.I know the Terry kid is still considering us and besides Isaiah Mozee we need to land some big time receivers, not to mention this offense needs to land a big time running back in this class, Connor Booth is a nice little running back but isn’t the answer.
