VA tech fine system

haven't heard it discussed on here, but this is they're doing...

• 30-90 for a missed class
• 10/hr of missed study hall
• 10 for missed tutor
• 10 for missed breakfast
• 50 for dirty dorm or locker
• 100 for an unsportsmanlike.

I like it personally. School is investing a lot into these kids they need to be held to a standard.
