and gives it to the ref. The refs say he recovered the fumble. That's the worst call I've ever seen!

Agree, it was a bad call. Hand was certainly moving forward. Someone must have bet on Michigan to cover.and gives it to the ref. He recovered the fumble. That's the worst call I've ever seen!

You mean the Big Ten's darling programs get favorable calls from the replay booth?and gives it to the ref. He recovered the fumble. That's the worst call I've ever seen!

I agree it was. But still going to laugh because it's Iowa. Lol.That call was a total screw job.
Hand wasn’t going forward when he fumbled. But whistle blew the ball dead before the fumble was recovered. That is why it was a bad call.Agree, it was a bad call. Hand was certainly moving forward. Someone must have bet on Michigan to cover.
In 2009 Texas threw an incomplete pass in the big 12 title game and time expired. The refs put 1 second back on to let them kick a field goal and win. That’s the worst call I have ever seen. Ban meand gives it to the ref. The refs say he recovered the fumble. That's the worst call I've ever seen!

Eh, I wouldn't go that far. I think Iowa got hosed on the call, but they were probably going to end up punting out of their own end zone anyway. Probably cost them 4 points.Totally changed the game.
It is kind of hard to see how Michigan made a clear and immediate recovery when the DB just let the ball roll to him, then picked it up and handed it to the ref.Hand wasn’t going forward when he fumbled. But whistle blew the ball dead before the fumble was recovered. That is why it was a bad call.
You can’t blow a play dead and let players walk away from the ball and then reward the guy who happens to pick up the ball after the play was officially over. Horrible, horrible call.It is kind of hard to see how Michigan made a clear and immediate recovery when the DB just let the ball roll to him, then picked it up and handed it to the ref.
But when one of their darlings is involved, the Big Ten finds a way.
I thought the funniest part was that the Michigan DB had to stand there holding the ball for a couple of seconds, waiting for the ref to stop blowing his whistle and making the incomplete pass signal, before handing him the ball. You can’t blow a play dead and let players walk away from the ball and then reward the guy who happens to pick up the ball after the play was officially over. I’m rattled! It makes me question the integrity of the league. After so many bad calls against the Huskers, I’m shook! The league wants UM as the #1seed in the playoffs! You can’t blow a play dead and let players walk away from the ball and then reward the guy who happens to pick up the ball after the play was officially over. Horrible, horrible call.
The MI player was never down if he recovered the ball, and fumbled it again by handing it to the ref. Big 10 refs are idiots, this time the whole nation could witness it. This league needs to get the ref thing corrected.I thought the funniest part was that the Michigan DB had to stand there holding the ball for a couple of seconds, waiting for the ref to stop blowing his whistle and making the incomplete pass signal, before handing him the ball.
