Teachers behaving badly

A
Tee hee hee. Teachers molesting kids. Theyre okay though. Its just a few of them. Also, Derek Chauvin did nothing wrong and the few bad apple officers out there? Its just a few crappy ones the majority are really great people.
Games are fun. Tee hee hee.
It’s really sad that the ones trying to make cute jokes claim they aren’t. Same ones also generalize about all parents. Fitting it’s always the same ones…. I’m sure that’s just a coincidence.

Yeah, it’s “faux outrage” when parents are concerned about these issues. We shouldn’t care, right?
Protip: you’re not gonna get your wish of hoping parents don’t care about groomers, pedos, and lunatic idiot teachers pushing their politics (from either side)
Exactly, which is what I said to you already. You are literally agreeing with me over and over.

The only think you are wrong on is that you think every teacher is a bad person.

Everything else we agree on.

Pro tip: You already agreed with all my points, you have been saying I am right and you are agree with my position.

There has not been one poster in this thread that has said teachers should groom, rape, be a pedo, shape political beliefs or turn kids into furries.

2017 NPR commissioned Ipsos to conduct a nationally representative survey of more than 500 teachers across the country to determine their views on workplace issues.

There is plenty of good stuff if you want to take a deep dive, but I found the responses to this question about political party identification most interesting: Not really a steep a difference as you let on. By the way I don't belong to our union.

GTFO with that scientific, unbiased poll. People on this board prefer surveys that project results they want. That way they can continue on with teacher and public school bashing.

You and your buddies keep acting like people on here support pedophiles. No one does. There are tens of thousands of teachers hundreds of thousands of students. Saying or implying that all teachers are bad is why people are defending teachers. It's weird how people keep pointing out teacher pedophiles. But not one post about the thousands of other predators.

It's almost like everyone started subscribing to a narrative that public schools and teachers are the problem with America and now they are doing everything they can to reinforce that.

You’re really trying hard. How precious

Can I ask, just how conservative should teachers have to be?

And, is it okay for conservative teachers to push their conservative viewpoints? Full disclosure I am a republican.
Political indoctrination has no business in public education. Presenting both sides of an argument seems hard to do amongst activists nowadays… would be no more in favor of conservatives pushing their fringe viewpoints than what goes on currently. Needs to be ‘politics net-neutral’. Jesus teach f*cking math and science. Reading and English. Why do we NEED all of the ancillary bullshit?!?

Indoctrination. That’s why. Because they have a quorum, and they can…

Correct, which everyone here agrees with. Which you also seem to understand.

You are broken. You don't need to be, everyone here agrees with you.
Sure thing. Have another. Laugh it up, and throw out your idiotic assumptions of all parents. Seems you are too slow to understand the nonsense is being tossed right back at you.
Remember “just one is too much” the next time you make one of your pathetic jokes about grooming kids

I will remember that and thank you, for admitting that I am right and that you agree with me.

Are you drunk, like right now?
No.

But again, thanks for coming around and realizing that everyone in this thread was saying the same thing.

And again, thanks for the kind words about thinking I am funny. I find some of your posts pretty good too!

Better to just leave him alone. He really needs to hate teachers for some reason. You notice how he never talks about any other type of pedophiles? It's like they don't exist.

My elementary school kids went and sat with their teacher for a while at the (public school) basketball game tonight. I'm sure she was "grooming" them. According to the freaks on here they would assume they got molested at the game already.

What a country. Stereotyping all teachers as predators.

Whataboutism. The strongest of all excuses. Well done little fella.

Who is making excuses? Only thing going on around here is you stereotyping teachers to fit your anti-public school and anti-teacher agenda.

Hopefully for your sake your rage towards teachers is real and you didn't just get caught up in the campaign that made it cool to hate teachers and public schools. Because your level of hatred isn't healthy.

No its okay. I'll leave you pedo sympathizers to it. I get it. Its a brave new world. We should just leave pedophiles alone. Let mentally ill degenerates and just plain evil to have any and every crack at our children. We're all just so bored, so lets push boundaries and call it progress. I await the inevitable repeat thread where a teacher molests and destroys another childs life and the subsequent BS excuse making for shitty people.
Enjoy!

Again, where are the excuses?

Is all I'm saying is why the weird obsession with teachers on the forum?

You carry on though. Your community service work of attacking teachers on a football message board is appreciated by all Americans. I for one know that you guys are making difference. No doubt in my mind. Ranting about teachers and public schools on a Nebraska football message board is no doubt saving thousands of kids each year.

And just in case you missed it - where are the excuses?

But what about other pedos! Talk about them!

Hey if you are so "Afraid" then homeschool your kids. My son was educated via the public school system so was my step son and daughter, I had zero complaints on how they were educated. My son went the UNC Chapel Hill and is now in Law school. There was zero grooming or anything like that before college. My step daughter went to UNC Greensboro and now is in Banking and nothing like that happened to her either while in High/middle elementary school . My Step son went to AB Tech and is an electrician and nothing happened to him while in High school ect . So for me that's 3-3 kids who were publicly educated who are now successful adults. Riley the crutch and EDB have some axe to grind with public education. Maybe they were picked on by football players in high school, maybe a teacher said they would amount to nothing and they are now doing crack at your local trailer park maybe they were the only ones in their school who liked the band Rush who knows. But is it ok that there are "some" teachers that do this? No it is not but it is a very very very small amount to where you can not lump in the rest of teachers with that group. Also saying that we teachers accept this behavior shows complete ignorance on the topic. As a teacher if I know or suspect that there is something going on with a teacher and a student, I must report it, if I do not then I can suffer legal ramifications. So please spare me your BS

As soon as you explain why you have a soft spot for groomers and pedos, and why you get so upset when someone points it out. Disgusting
That's simple - I don't. That's the weird thing in all this, you have painted it as a black in white issue. All teachers are pedophiles. And then you and your buddies use biased examples to prove your point. When in fact I'm all for being tough on child predators. Shoot them all in the head as far as I'm concerned. I don't think most can ever be rehabbed.

Now let's hear your story. It's gotta be juicy.

Wife left you for a teacher?
Mom was banging a teacher and it ruined your childhood?
Fiance left you at the altar and later became a teacher?
Son-in-law, who you hate, is a teacher?

C'mon, it has to be something like that.

Let me guess. Your partner has bright colored hair, is obese, is a SJW, and is in education.

This is fun. Keep up that anger, you’re as simple as they come to mess with

Paragraphs are your friend. Obviously grooming is a new phenomenon.. so not sure what your anecdote about your adult-aged kid has anything to do with this discussion.

Not to turn this into anything stupid but grooming is not a new phenomenon. You can go back 100 years with the BSA, you can look at the church (any church), schools, nannying, workplace, child care, military, foster care, it goes on and on. The word

Basically once one person had power/authority there was grooming.

As far as the term, that is sort of new, I suppose, I think It was first coined/used in print in the mid 1980's.

But...the concept is not new, just the term.

Doesn't fit the Faux rage agenda. It's amazing how suddenly teachers and public schools are bad for America, and that the only saving grace is to send ones kids to a private school paid for by US tax payers.

We have had a public school problem for as long as we have had public schools. Lots of dynamics feed into the reasons why. Most of it has to do with demographics and not bad teachers. Not saying that there aren't bad teachers out there. But far and away most teachers are really really good people, who like school and working with kids.
Exactly this. Too many people these days are way too quick to toss the baby out with the bathwater. Both sides.

That's Fox and CNN brainwashing at work sadly. It's as if people have been told that nuance in politics is a waste of time and energy, and unfortunately most people have come to believe as they're told.

Oh goodness.. this thread is about teacher grooming the whole trans & crt movement .. I’m sorry you couldn’t infer that from my post.

Gee. Wonder how that could have ever started. Weird. Self awareness classes are needed in higher education apparently
