I realize this is in cleanup minutes … but he does look like a QB that reads coverage, distributes the ball effectively and has some legs… albeit arm strength is only average.

Purdy 2020 Clean up time

There was a point where HCMR said Purdy had closed the gap but then got injured in practice.

Even a 60% completion rate with the same number of turnovers wins this game and likely a few more

Has HCMR been protecting a redshirt for him? Or not willing to change out a winning QB? Or just wanting to get to 6 wins without rocking the boat?
