1. You can't live there or be from there.
2. It can't be Lincoln, Kearney, Grand Island or Omaha (or any town in the Omaha metro).
3. State your reasoning. Reasoning cannot include proximity to Omaha or Lincoln.
4. Killing yourself is not an option. You have to move to Nebraska pick a place to live within these rules.

I'm going back and forth between Norfolk and Hastings. The Norfolk Hy-Vee has a fine craft beer section and I saw a few decent looking blonde maidens on a recent trip to the area. Hastings has two craft breweries and a small college, which should make things seem a tad more lively. Tough call.
