OT: Lost 50 lbs in 21 weeks

Congrats man it feels great I bet. I ran into the same thing a year and a half ago (maybe a little longer). One day I realized how pathetic I was and made a lifestyle change. I completely changed my diet and started exercising. I have lost around 160 pounds and still losing. I'm now at 6' 3" 225 and I have no desire to ever go back to my old bad habits. People always tell me if I'll eventually quit and gain it back which might help with the motivation more.

Well, I wasn't that bad that I could lose 160 pounds (congrats BTW!). I tell everyone about my progress and that helps keep me motivated. Poor planored has me texting him my progress and workout results. I never did any before pics. I have plenty of pics that showed my fatness, but no body shots (if you know what I mean). When I hit 50 pounds I felt like that was good enough, but really wanted to have more muscle. I don't need to be Arnold or anything like that. Just to be better than I was before. Know what I mean? I would still need to lose more than 20 pounds just to get back to my weight when I left the military. Of course, that was a young skinny guy that I was. I'm comfortable with old man boxes. It's great just to touch my toes again!

Way to go boxes. It's a great thing to be able to say that you climbed the mountain on your own. Great job and congrats!
