This is the new Pit Bull thread. Chiro is mostly BS and nobody should own pit bulls either.
OP must be one of those guys that thinks you can cure cancer with a sauna and minerals. I have seen first hand what doctors can do, including saving multiple children of mine from dying.Becoming an MD is hard
Becoming a chiro is easier than becoming an electrician
You know, because it’s complete, utter and total bullshit
As Opposed to médecine, a former co-worker minion of mine used to put essential oils on open wounds and a cold sore, and wondered why the cold sore wasn’t healing ….talk about Jedi level stupidity.OP must be one of those guys that thinks you can cure cancer with a sauna and minerals. Oh my god, the "home remedies" for cold sores are amazing. I don't mean amazing as in helpful I mean amazing as in crazy. As Opposed to médecine, a former co-worker minion of mine used to put essential oils on open wounds and a cold sore, and wondered why the cold sore wasn’t healing ….talk about Jedi level stupidity.
Oh my god, every pit bull owner is immediately armed with the most insane dog bite facts. This is the new Pit Bull thread. Chiro is mostly BS and nobody should own pit bulls either.
Do you make your psychic appointments same day as your chiro?
I went to a psychic yesterday. When I got there I knocked on the door. The psychic said, “Who is it?”
So I left…..
You know me I never look at data, right? But I also know the data lies.I know.
My posts in this thread are for those who are interested in critical thinking and considering actual data.
Yeah, but that ONE pit bull is already one step into my Ignore Hopper AGAIN.This is the new Pit Bull thread. Chiro is mostly BS and nobody should own pit bulls either.
Come on man, I don't do anything important in my life without consulting with my psychic in Paris.I went to a psychic yesterday. When I got there I knocked on the door. The psychic said, “Who is it?”

You just can't ****ing help yourself, you think you have to insult people. What a prick
I have no interest in arguing with or insulting you.I don't give a fcck what the data shows
Like I said, sometimes the data lies. Peace out.I was just repeating what you already said, calm down.
I have no interest in arguing with or insulting you.
Cold sore you use lavender essential oil If you have a toe fungus, Peppermint essential oil and its gone in 2 days.As Opposed to médecine, a former co-worker minion of mine used to put essential oils on open wounds and a cold sore, and wondered why the cold sore wasn’t healing ….talk about Jedi level stupidity.
You're like the drunken husband who gives his wife a shiner, then says, "I'm sorry baby, I'll never hit you again." LOL I'm not calling you a drunk or wife beater just making a comment about your inability to NOT insult people.I was just repeating what you already said, calm down.

I haven’t insulted you once in this threadYou're like the drunken husband who gives his wife a shiner, then says, "I'm sorry baby, I'll never hit you again." LOL I'm not calling you a drunk or wife beater just making a comment about your inability to NOT insult people.
****. You infer I have no critical thinking or understand data?I haven’t insulted you once in this thread
You’ve called me both a prick and an abusive, manipulative spouse
And I agree numbers can lie. But not the origins of a pseudoscientific practice, which is well documented.
Anyone who wants to trust their health to the result of a seance in iowa (literally how chiropractic was born) is more than welcome to do so.
OP asked, I answered with nothing but facts.First of all what people do is really none of your business
Well, it wasnt supposed to rain til about 5, and so at 1:30 or so I hopped on my mower and at 2:00 it started to rain, so I got the front and two of my sides done but nothing in the middle backyard, so it rained all night and this morning, so in a couple days looks like i get to do the whole thing all over again. LOL BTW, my son suggested I start getting more sun, and I cleared it with my neurosurgeon and he gave me the okay. Until a couple weeks ago, my Guatemalan neighbor and his son was mowing and weed eating my yard. So, anything else in your audit regarding my lawn?OP asked, I answered with nothing but facts.
You didn’t like my answer and now here we are.
It’s okay.
And you can call me whatever you like as many times as you like or infer whatever you like about me. I don’t mind.
But I do have a question about your “my lawn awaits” comment from yesterday - I thought you didn’t take care of your lawn?
Tatro?Yes they do work and no they don’t, the biggest problem is some of these so called chiropractors are nothing more than a massage therapist, then you have the ones that want you to come back every other day for several weeks, the best ones are that make adjustments and you don’t come back for 4-6 months. I’ve been going to one since 1987 always helped me.
Tatro? the first one I went to was Blackwell in Concordia ks but now i do go tatro because he also offers accupuncture
Look you don’t believe in them good for you you .Bit every NFL team employs them. And for some people they help with their issues. There are good and bad ones just like any other profession. So for you to bash every Chiropractor is wrong IMO.I haven’t insulted you once in this thread

Pit Bulls and Chiro = BadThis is the new Pit Bull thread. Chiro is mostly BS and nobody should own pit bulls either.
Yes you are correctBlackwood I believe. He was a hoot and had a couple sons that were pretty good fb players I think
I couldn't disagree with this more. I have had way too many issues fixed but you definitely need to find the right one for yourself. No they are bullshit (literally)
The man who invented chiropractic was a snake oil salesman in Iowa who claimed a ghost told him to crack someone’s neck and it would cure their deafness (not kidding)
The first chiro school is still named for him
They are not doctors, they are not licensed or accredited by anyone but themselves.
Do yoga and lift weights and stretch and be more active/less sedentary instead
Kong, to be fair, early medicine was pretty brutal and archaic. So what does that prove?I haven’t insulted you once in this thread

For non-sciatic (shooting electrical pain down the leg) back pain, there is no real difference between chiropractor vs PT vs conservative management at home (all things being equal).I was in the chiropractors-are-quacks camp, largely because my college roommate’s dad was an orthopedic surgeon. And I had heard all the negative talk.
A couple decade’s later, I had a back problem that was getting worse and not better. So I went to an orthopedic surgeon and got some X-rays. And surprise, they wanted to perform surgery. I was hoping for a physical therapy routine, but they were pressing for surgery.
Someone mentioned a chiropractor that they thought was really good, so I went to them. I was cured in 3 sessions. First session, instructed to notice what positions made the pain better. And made it worse. Second session, took my feedback and gave me two stretches to try at home. Third session, was to report that the stretches were working. He gave me a back crack in the last session which I felt was unnecessary. But I was grateful for what he had done.
I feel like the orthopedic surgeon did me a disservice by not recommending physical therapy first. It obviously would have worked.
Did you get YouTube and p0rntube mixed up?I've never been to one, but I've watched a lot of YouTube vids.
Saw some gal beg for mercy and the doc ignored her. That is totally uncool.
Yes. Everyone’s success stories ITT are akin to visiting a massage therapist or PT.Still have complete confidence?
Well said. Couldn't be more right. And Cam Taylor Britt won't get drafted.Yes. Everyone’s success stories ITT are akin to visiting a massage therapist or PT.
Or just stretching/exercising properly and being less sedentary.
“The right one” seems to be a chiro who doesn’t practice chiro, per anecdotes.
Chiros cracked backs when we were blood letting. They’re still doing it. The letting? Not so much.
And basically this is what it comes down to , there are good chiropractors just like there are bad ones. Just like your story of the OS that wanted to do unnecessary surgery.there are good and bad OS.I was in the chiropractors-are-quacks camp, largely because my college roommate’s dad was an orthopedic surgeon. And I had heard all the negative talk.
