I never knew this was legal to take a left on a red light onto a one-way street, but in the town I live in it is pretty common. Our main street is a two-way street running North and South. The two streets that parallel it are one-way streets. The locals turn left all the time on a red light.I suppose this means I can’t take a left on red when both streets are one way either.😖
That was a question on my drivers license test. It is perfectly legal for two one way roadsI never knew this was legal to take a left on a red light onto a one-way street, but in the town I live in it is pretty common. This is correct.I may have misunderstood, but I think it's just no turn if there's a red turn arrow, not a generic red light.
there should be no such thing as red right or left turn arrowsI may have misunderstood, but I think it's just no turn if there's a red turn arrow, not a generic red light.
Too confusing for simple folk or what? While we're dumbing things down, we just as well get rid of all of the yield signs and replace them with red stop signs.there should be no such thing as red right or left turn arrows
