The Chiefs just went for a 2-point conversion and there was a holding penalty, so they tried again from the 12.
My question is, what if a team decides to kick a 1-pt PAT after that? (I realize the Chiefs wouldn't have done so in their situation.) Would the ball be moved to the 15, then the penalty added to kick from the 25?
