Yes coaching & development matters. And yes more draft picks doesn’t always mean you’re going 12-1. But..I’d rather have great ingredients & let our amazing new coaches mold both wins & draftees.
I’m just getting the feeling we as a fan base are moving towards “we don’t need the recruiting stars anymore cause we have SF”. Look at the percentages below...basically you have a 1% chance as a 3 star getting drafted?!
