Bob Diaco. Former UCONN HC and former Notre Dame DC. Wikipedia already shows him as Husker DC
Per Sean Callahan Bob Diaco appears to be the leading candidate. Although it looks like he is also rumored to be the leading candidate for the same position at Arkansas
Schaefer posted this good read which is pretty detailed:

Diaco is the guy who created the trophy (I think) between UConn and UCF which Frost left it at their stadium after winning.
