Is Frost considered an elite...good...or average recruiter?

Recruiting shouldn’t be an issue under Frost.

The question that should be asked is whether Nebraska is now difficult to prepare for?

There will be times where Nebraska isn’t the most talented team on the field, but I guarantee you coaches inside the B1G are NOT thrilled facing a Scott Frost led offense. I also bet you see a more attacking style defense than what you saw under MR. UCF forced a ton of turnovers.

Just a big fan of UCF and recently of Coach Frost.

Today could help recruiting a bunch. If UCF wins and the 4:00 announcement holds true. The timing would be perfect. It could raise our stock. Alot of prep time for the media to cover this should make for strong national exposure for us and Frost. Recruits that don't even know where Nebr is on the map might get a glimpse of our glory days in this coming back home feel good story. I'm rooting for UCF big time

UCF will need all the help they can get. The distractions have been a Knightmare this week. I cant imagine them playing well against Memphis, but we made the 4 hour drive last night to support these student athletes.

If they do win, the New Days bowl will be interesting to say the least. UCF will be lucky to have 2 coaches to coach them for the game. It sucks for the players who sold out to play for this Coaching squad.

Time to move on.

Won a super bowl, was MVP in that Super Bowl, historically has played his best football in the playoffs, and if the season ended today, the Ravens would be in the playoffs. Trust me, no one wants to play the Ravens in the playoffs and no one doubts Flacco in the playoffs. So if your saying Frost is the equivalent of that, will defiantly take that as a win. He doesn't need to be more than that

Nebrasaka football is about X's and O's. Oklahamoa football is the Jims and Joes. Time to get back to great fundamentals and winning by playing mistake free football.

LMAO...disagree completely on the Joe Flacco responses lol. Had a nice playoff run on more than a couple of occasions. Caught lightning in a bottle one year when Anquan Bolden was playing at a HOF level. Cashed in at just the right time for himself during free agency....AND has been Mike Riley since. A .500 QB.


To each his own. Maybe you would consider Joe Flacco elite but I wouldn't even consider him above average right now. I'm not even sure he is average to be honest. In fact I'm leaning to below average and in the bottom third of NFL QBs.

Yes he has had one ELITE run and a couple good playoff appearances in about 10 years but I don't consider him elite at all.

I guess Gene Chizik is an elite coach in your opinion as well right???

If a complete goofy looking neanderthal like Bo Pelini (who could barely form sentences) can recruit Top 20 classes to Nebraska, when his staff barely worked during the summer, then I'm guessing that a very well spoken Scott Frost led coaching staff can bring in Top 20 classes.

I think Frost of course once he takes the position will jump right into personnel. Both sides of the ball.. i really dont think we will have to wait long to find out the answer.. with the first year of having an early signing period I believe that helps.Think about it he can come in and solidify the current commits to sign early thats handled.. now phase two is on the recruiting trail and getting more guys that fit his system.. he is an organizer thats for sure and will not just take a laid back approach knowing whats at stake. He will have his guys rocking day 1
