Film: Dream Scenario

What's the difference between a film and a movie?
It's the same thing.

Sometimes pretentious folk call it a "film", but it is technically the correct term.

Modern day we call it a movie.

At one point after 1900, they called the reels, "Talkies" since they had audio.

1927, with the advent of spoken dialogue in The Jazz Singer. I AM PRETENTIOUS.

As for Dream Scenario, heard of it, but haven't seen it yet, not sure I will. Bold concepts like that can be hit or miss. I heard good things about The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent, and still haven't checked it out yet. Probably will try to find that one first.

Watched it tonight and thought it was a metaphor for an older man living in today's culture who just couldn't conform to the ways of today, for this reason he was made to look crazy, canceled and became an outcast. Interesting direction they took the film but I liked it.
