Yeah….Mavs were gonna play a one or two seed. Their celebration was just making it. But it’s cool they’re there.

It's always hilarious when a blue blood school's AD is chairing the selection committee, and dutifully insists that he "left the room" when his school's fate was being determined.

Yeh, because that makes a huge difference. I'm sure everyone instantly forgets who's chairing the committee, and who will be returning to the room in 10 minutes to retake the reigns.

But…but…but…he left the room when discussing his school.🙄

Makes you wonder how much longer teams will even bother to try in their conference tournaments. Michigan played its ass off all week and still got a worse seed than media darlings Wisconsin and Purdue. Auburn paid no price for losing to Tennessee.

Yeah might as well drop the conference tournaments. Auto bid goes to regular season champ.

Plus Michigan won the tournament and was finished higher in the final regular season standings than both . Makes zero sense.

Marquette finished in 5th place in Big East. Got the 2nd highest seed in the big dance. Very little makes sense.

Every year the “bracketologists” talk about teams improving their seed if they win X number of game in their conference. And then the brackets come out and looks like they made their minds up before conference tournament.

Also, on a side note… Texas making one of the play in games is just as criminal as Kentucky getting a 3 seed. Those fvckers lost 15-16 games and got bounced early in SEC tournament.

Furthermore, what difference does it make if he leaves the room? If he can still vote for putting his school in and/or getting a certain seed, then who the fvck cares if the guy left the room when the others discussed his former team/school? And I assume they can still vote for their former school, if they’re not allowed to vote for their former school then why would we care if they were in the room or not?
