The reason that Nebraska hasn't won a conference championship since joining the Big Ten is 100% because Nebraska has sucked almost every year since 1999 or so (exception of 2009). By "sucked" I mean that Nebraska hasn't been close to the Osborne/Devaney (including 2009) level of play since Osborne retired.
