What signs? Beyond rumors and speculation? The UF boards are saying Kelly to UCLA means Frost is a Gator lock. UCF still says he stays there.

Not an insider but if you look at the timeline of the way things transpired with Kelly and Riley along with stuff Davison and other former players have alluded to I think it is happening. I think Florida got in too late. Kelly was there guy and changed his mind when UCLA opened up.
