And THAT is why you stop the run first and make a team ONE DIMENSIONAL trying to throw the damned ball.
Looks like we still haven't figured out how to stop a sweep. Thank heavens Gerry has great speed to run him down from behind.
Could be ugly. Our D ends can't contain. Appears that losing Stoltenburg was bigger than I though it might be too. Wyoming is pushing us around. Davis just got blown off the ball.

Rough game to watch. Shades of last year. We just might lose this game. Undisciplined, play down to other teams, mysteriously stopped trying to control the line of scrimmage and put the game on the back of our inconsistent QB. It's a recipe to lose or at least make it close.
And they have a staff that won 3 straight national championships in a true playoff. MayBe just maybe they are going to be pretty good this year.

I've said all week that they would be better than people thought BUT we still look bad.
One poster says we're world beaters and you quote that guy. The rest of us simply say we're better than the majority of our opponents. Don't be unhappy with the team because we're not playoff bound.
