At least our head coach is nice to the reporters. Thats more important than anything!
No excuses for this one. Iowa does not have one of the top three rosters in the nation.

Ummmm Michigan has WAY more talent on defense than we do. Our D ends aren't exactly top flight D-1 talent. Love the guys but....

How about the D line doesnt get blown 5 yards off the line and we find some backers who square up and tackle.

We are much more talented that Iowa and this crap shouldn't be happening. A completely unprepared team. Coaches were too worried about what game plan needed to be put in due to the QB situation to concentrate on how to stop Iowa's run defense.
Iowa is far more talented where it matters, in the trenches. They can run for 7 on first down, we scrape to get 1. Just sad to see how poor we are on both lines.
Utter pulling on that 1st down run, my goodness I can crawl quicker than that.
Against a shitty Iowa offense, this is already a blowout

We've been saying how pathetic the lines are all year.... unacceptable for NEBRASKA to not have strong lines!!
Assuming we lose this, we're 9-3, despite massive injuries, lack of anything you could consider depth and one of the worst passing QBs in the conference.
But yeah, Riley is only here because he's nice to reporters.
Question is: will Nebraska do anything about upgrading these lines? Seriously, it's all talk unless I see this staff making those decisions

Last year was enough, if this team loses to this crap team 2 years in a row, im done with this regime. If nu loses today, fire everyone. Dont care. Burn it down and start over. How do people not realize that we have ZERO talent on our defensive line. We knew that all year. It just happens that it didn't bite us in the ass until today. This sucks, but don't act like this is on the coaches. They're just whooping our walk on defensive lineman. Nothing we can do about that
