It's prime rib week on the RSS...only fitting I start this thread

First of all, if you are new to RSS, every year during Christmas week we talk prime rib. Some online recipe I discovered has turned into "Dean's Prime Recipe" on the RSS. It's become a running holiday week joke on here, but it's a bulletproof way to make prime rib.

Let's also discuss meat prices on bone-in rib roasts. Costco appears to be the best I've seen at $12.99 for choice. Picked up a 4 bone one last night there for Christmas eve. Hy Vee and Fareway are much, much higher this year with what's happened to meat prices. What type of prices are people seeing out there?

VERY OT: Omaha baseball hitting coaches

I’m wondering if anyone who post on here knows of a good hitting coach in the Omaha area I could take my 14 year old son who has high school tryouts coming at the end of February to for some lessons. While I would preferably keep it as cheap as I can, I do realize quality comes at a price, so I am willing to shell out the dough for a great coach. Anyways anybody got ideas/connections?
