College football has changed SO much since the BCS first attempted to create a more fair way to determine a national champion in 1998. None of the structures that have been attempted have been perfect, they've all had some strengths and weaknesses, but at this point, pretty much everyone seems to think we're on an inevitable path toward a break from the NCAA and the creation of some kind of superleague. But not everyone seems to actually WANT that to happen.

So my question is, if the football gods allowed you to snap your fingers and transform college football backwards to one of the previous structures that have been attempted in the last 25 years, skip ahead to the future superleague, or stay put with the current status quo, what would you choose?

Comparing positions from last year

Looking at each position where do you see us compared to last year?
Rating based overall, for example: Might be better first string but not much depth, not better first string but more depth, better all the way around, etc. Feel free to elaborate.
My guesses...

Offense:
OL- better (gotta be)
TE- better (could be really good)
RB-push (lose Ajay-get Gabe back)
QB- push (basing on better depth)
WR-worse (need guys to grow up fast)

Defense:
DL- slight push (just hoping)
LB-better (experience)
DB- push (I think we got some guys)

Kicker-push (who knows-kickers are fickle)
Punter- push (same dude, right?)

Head Coach:
Much better (Captain Obvious)

Assistant Coaches:
Better (assuming they can develop AND make adjustments on gameday)

Feel free to tell me where I'm wrong!

Rivals Customer Service absolutely terrible. I'm never coming back after being here for many years...

I haven't been logged in for months. Stopped using the service. Had emailed them at that time communicating an interest in canceling the subscription. My fault for not confirming and now they will not provide a refund 2 days after the payment went through. I have never heard of a company not providing a refund in these cases. If you provide a product people find valuable, stand behind it. Absolutely ridiculous to charge someone $130 for a subscription they don't want and then refuse a refund, or even a pro-rated portion.

Football After limited snaps in 2022, Omar Brown set to be key member of DB rotation

Tony White wants to rotate a lot of guys on his defense this fall. At safety, you better believe Omar Brown will be out there. Good stuff from Brown today:

What I love about our schedule this year

Although we start the season again a Big Ten team on the road, I actually think this is the PERFECT time to face Minnesota.

Minnesota is going to have a much more difficult time game prepping for us then we will them. That is what gives me hope of a Nebraska upset victory to kick off the season.

Then once that game is over, Nebraska can have a few extra days to recover. Remember, that Colorado plays on the road at TCU to start the season on Saturday, September 2nd. Nebraska has 2 extra days for recovery and to prep for Colorado and Colorado will have two less days to prep for Nebraska. This is also an advantage for the Huskers.

I'm not saying Nebraska will start the year 2-0, but I honestly don't think it is out of the question. If they can start the season 2-0, they should be 4-0 going into the game with Michigan. Could be a great start to the year - something Nebraska hasn't seen in a LONG time. The last time Nebraska started the year 4-0 was back in 2016 when Nebraska finished the season 9-4.
