I have always been glad that Nebraska joined the BIG. I know there are many Husker fans that hated the move, but believe it or not, most Hawk fans are glad as well. Now, we NEED the Husker to get back to showing their Blue Blood colors that they have. I HATE the SEC with a passion and the more our top teams show out, the better for our whole conference down the line.

I know we did not deserve to win (thrilled we did), but we were outplayed on both sides of the ball, and it took a couple of mini miracles (and KJ) to win this thing. Love your QB andI thought that your D was exceptional.

I live in SW Iowa and have to put up with Iowa fans year round. They're complaining about having a 4th string QB. I'm like well you a$$e$ didn't have an issue rubbing you're victories in our face when we had 2nd and 3rd string qb's playing in the last game of the year. We slow down the run we win by 10+

Can a player recover a fumble with only one hand on the ball while underneath another player? I don't understand this, and I would appreciate it if someone could explain.

And Syracuse take down Miami. Leads the NCAA in passing yards. Would have been N if not for Raiola. Ryan Day probably kicking himself as well. Don't think anyone would have guessed McCord would kick so much ass this year. Good for him and Syracuse.

Talking with some fans of other programs and they cannot believe the fan following Nebraska still has after so many miserable years. Then debated whether the next generation would keep showing up - especially the ones that have never witnessed Nebraska win anything. That topic peaked my interest, so thought I would ask.

I’ll start - 2 boys and 2 girls. Both girls casual. Watch the games if there is a gathering, otherwise not. 1 boy follows pros, so casual Husker fan, watches now and then. Other boy watches all games, but went to Iowa State, so passionately follows them, casually follows Huskers.

Former Nebraska QB commit William Watson is playing well for Virginia Tech tonight. VT is leading Virginia 20-3 at half time. Watson is 9-13 for 166 yards and one touchdown in the air, plus another 45 yards on six carries on the ground.

With Nebraska needing to win tonight to share the Big 10 title, they lose the first set with numerous service errors and lackadaisical play.

1. Keep Dana and let him install his offense
2 Let Dana hire offensive coaches.
3. No choice, fire Foley before bowl game.
4. Find a punt returner, not a fair catch specialist
5. Do everything you can to keep coach White.
6. Find a 5 star long snapper.
7. Recruit leaders, not since Kenny Bell does anyone stick out as a team leader

Next year is year 3 of coach Rhule. Winning at least 7 games should be minimum goal for next year. The high end goal should be a top 12 playoff team.

Especially since the playoff format is at 12 teams. All the hand wringing of the talking heads and pundits of who is going to make it never get it right. No one gave PSU a snowballs chance of making it to the B1G championship game... Many great upsets and probably more to come.
