Been impressed with Illinois, Indiana, and USC so far. I think those games look much tougher now in my mind that what I was thinking they would be before the season started.

Cody Asche, who played for the Philadelphia Phillies from 2013-16 when he hit those two walk-off bombs and also for the Chicago White Sox for 19 games in the majors in 2017.

Asche, a first-team All-Big 12 and second-team All-American honoree in 2011 with the Huskers, is currently an offensive strategy coach with the Baltimore Orioles, where he has been teamed up with another former Husker – pitcher Cade Povich.
