It goes away from downhill running game which we never even tried to establish and then the play action off that..: hard to run the ball with force and downhill in shotgun

I was at the game last night and it was hard to hear what the referee said after the video review. I thought I heard him say the ball hit the ground. If that was the case, why was it an interception? Did anybody watching the game at home? Hear what the referee said during his explanation after the video review?

Anybody else find it ironic that the Chiefs scored with the same play Illinois ran against us on the goal line. They set it up on their previous extra point try by having an OT change jerseys from 74 to 94. When they announced that I thought huh? Makes him an eligible TE right?

This is the best team we have faced thus far. It's not time to hit the panic button yet.

I haven't seen much if any discussion of the O line play from Saturday. What's everybody think? My general impression was that our right side struggled at times against UNI but I didn't really focus on that much when I was watching the game.

Michigan's QB had 19 passing yards and they win barely! Is that good enough to beat Penn State and Ohio State? Doubt it! Kansas State fans are in uproar because their Dual Threat QB was forced to be a passing QB and BYU torched them! I will take a pass first QB in Dylan for the next 3 years!

The Lincoln local cable access channel was booked next Saturday, but Peacock agreed to televise our game!

9 penalties for 89 yards and the two personal foul 15 yard’s were just killers last night.
Timely penalties keep Illini drives alive..

We need to be a lot more disciplined we now have 28 penalties for 273 yards after 4 games..

Was disappointing that Illinois didn’t get any holding calls which were obvious from where I was seating..😡

How is it that both consistently seem to recruit better and have better teams than we do ? Ever been to either of those places ? Just amazing ...
